Dean Street Parlor Floor

The entire parlor floor of rowhouse was stripped to beams. A new kitchen and bathroom were installed along with soundproofing, an AV system and a 10ft wide glass sliding door to the rear deck. The kitchen and powder room were both relocated. The kitchen has a kegerator built in and the powder room has a custom brass framed mirror and a custom stone sink.
